Refund and Return policy

 

Subject to investigation, the firm may accept any return up to 7 days after delivery. (Even if the pack has been opened) Subject to investigation, in any case of quality complaint, the firm may attempt to exchange the product with the remaining oil or else the firm may refund the remaining amount of oil. (Based on the amount of oil left in the pack in litres/kg)

Refund policy:

 

Subject to investigation, the Firm may pay back the amount in 7 to 10  working days from the date of approval. Refund amount will be sent back in the user’s bank account directly.
